By downloading, installing, or using V2Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

V2Link is a proxy client application that allows users to connect to proxy and VPN servers. The app provides tools for configuring and managing proxy connections using various protocols including VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, SOCKS, and HTTP.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Acquiring or setting up your own proxy/VPN servers
• The legality of your use of the app in your jurisdiction
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• The content you access through proxy connections
• Maintaining the security of your server configurations and subscription URLs

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use V2Link to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious network activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

5. No Warranty

V2Link is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any particular server or protocol will function correctly
• The app will meet your specific requirements
• Connection speeds or reliability will meet any particular standard

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or configurations
• Connection failures or interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your servers due to misconfiguration
• Any actions taken by third-party server providers

7. Intellectual Property

The V2Link app, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our explicit permission.

8. Third-Party Services

V2Link connects to servers and services provided by third parties (your subscription providers). We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, privacy practices, or content of any third-party services.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of V2Link is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA") available at apple.com/legal.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
